When your order ships
The Snuggle Hoodie is made in small batches so every hoodie gets the sherpa lining, the reinforced baby seat and the closed booties checked by hand. Our current batch ships on October 20, 2026.
- You reserve today and your card is charged today — that is what holds your size and colour in the batch.
- Everything reserved before October 20, 2026 leaves our warehouse on that date.
- Transit takes a further 5–10 days depending on where you are (full table below).
- A tracking number is emailed to you the moment the parcel is scanned in.

Shipping is free to all of the above. Any import duty charged by your own country is set by your customs office and is not something we can collect or waive in advance.
This is a pre-order — here is what that means
You are reserving a hoodie from a production run that has not been delivered to our warehouse yet. It keeps the price where it is and means we never sit on stock nobody wanted. What it also means:
- Your size and colour are held for you the second you reserve. No fighting for stock on batch day.
- Nothing ships before October 20, 2026 — if you need a hoodie sooner than that, this is not the right order for you.
- You can change size, colour or address any time before dispatch. Just email us.
- You can cancel for a full refund any time before your parcel ships — no reason needed.
If a batch is delayed
Small-batch production sometimes slips — a fabric delivery runs late, a quality check sends a run back. If that happens we do not go quiet on you:
- We email every reservation holder with the new date as soon as we know it, not after the old date has passed.
- You can keep your reservation at the price you paid, or cancel for a full refund on the spot.
- If the delay runs past 30 days from the promised date, we refund you automatically unless you tell us to hold it.
